How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. I desperately wanted to get my hair back to that thick pony tail I remember. So, after one month’s worth of use every other day, I’ve seen:

Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. I won't be buying anything else.
sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. My Stepmom did some looking around for something that would help me and came across these products. Y'all! I have sooooo much new growth, my hair is thicker and you can barely see my scalp anymore! Love this productI have curly thick hair and have also noticed that I was losing more hair in the shower. I have been looking for hair care that is made with better ingredients, good for my curls and can help with hair loss. Basically I’m asking ALOT from my haircare. I was using LUS and while good for my curls it did nothing for hair loss. Routine shampoo and conditioner feels so luxurious and moisturizing. My hair is softer with less frizz and I noticed less hair falling out in the shower. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks so I’m hopefull it will do it all. Bonus it smells great and leaves my hair smelling amazing without drying it out. Very impressed so far.
So far so goodJust been using a month so far. It works really well. Love the smell. Does make my hair very soft. I’m still having a lot of shedding but I’m hoping that gets better with the consistent use. Trying some of the other scents too.
You've given me hope!I've always had a thick, full head of hair ... until I got older. I've tried several products that were supposed to help it grow right back in, yet was disappointed with the results. This seems like it will be the one to work at last! I'm not seeing those super-thin spots shining through at me anymore and have only been using Routine for about a month. If this progress continues, I'll be back to bump this to 5 stars. Finally something that works for my thin hair!I’ve struggled with fine, thin hair my whole life. I’ve tried numerous products in hopes of finding something that adds volume. I tried Routine about a month ago and am thrilled with the results! I wash my hair everyday and have experienced greater volume since day one. I wish I had found this solution before I entered my 60s.

Smells amazing but hair still feels dryI love the smell of the products. The conditioner feels like a lotion. However, my scalp still itches and my hair feels very dry. I rarely use any heat on my hair throughout the week, letting my hair air dry. It has only been a month, so maybe it takes longer?

Routine shampoo and conditionerI've used the shampoo and conditioner for only three weeks but it appears to me that my hair looks and feels thicker. I feel the product is doing what it is supposed to do. I understand that my hair has not changed, it is still thin and fine but looks so much better. I am pleased with the results.
Worked well at firstThe first week or so this product worked great! I can’t say that my hair was actually thicker but it did feel like there was more volume. After that first week though, even with following the directions, my hair didn’t feel like it was getting clean and was becoming greasier. I have thin, dry hair but my scalp gets greasy. This product did not help with that unfortunately.
Loving my hair nowThis shampoo and conditioner is the best. My hair was falling out and thinning so bad. I’ve been using Routine for a month or so now and it’s amazing!! My hair has changed so much. Love this productI have used Routine shampoo, conditioner and the serum for about 6 months. I just ordered my third set. It has made my hair thicker and less frizz and shiny.
