We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. I'm really loving it!I am 61 years old and mostly course thick gray hair that is colored. My head was sensitive to the color I was getting at the salon several years ago, and bought some color from a health food store where I shop. My hairdresser was surprised how well it colored and stayed. I now order my color directly from the manufacture and they mix a special blend for me. They highly recommend their shampoo and conditioner due to the ingredients that works well with their color. So I have been using their shampoo ever since. Its been several years now. I have noticed over the past several years that my hair on top is thinning. My hair has always been thick. My hairdresser is who told me about Routine and how great is was on another client. Her client had told her about it. I came home and looked up Routine. I needed to put an order in for my hair color and I asked the girl there if she thought it would be okay with their color. LOVE THIS!I use the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Serum and LOVE THIS product. I have been doing Keto and my hair was coming out in clumps. So I was using the Redken line but switched to this. My hair stopped falling out about a week after using this. Now I put the drops on my scalp for about a hour before I take a shower, so I put it in first thing when I get up and rub it in my scalp, then I have my coffee ect and then about a hour later I jump in the shower and I do always wash twice, then apply the conditioner and this stuff works. Plus I love how clean the ingredients are in this because anymore you need to watch out for that.
Works for me!I've been using the Routine hair care system (shampoo, conditioner and serum) for about a year now and my hair is much less brittle and is growing longer! I use the conditioner daily and usually rinse with cold water, as instructed. I only shampoo 2 or 3x per week and usually rinse with warm for a bit and then with cool water. When I condition after shampooing it almost feels like there is still soap suds, which is strange, but seems to be how it works. Also I noticed that my hair was extra tangly after shampooing / conditioning, so I started using a pick to get the tangles out while the conditioner was sitting in my hair. That has really helped with the tangles and made rinsing in cold water a breeze! Also, I use the cucumber scent and it smells great!
Love the lather & the scentStarted using this shampoo about a month ago after seeing great reviews on line that included a couple “independent” articles on the Top 5 shampoos for thinning hair. Routine was in the top 2 in most all of the categories. I am in my 50’s and have color-treated and thinning hair (the thinning is due to both my age & genetics unfortunately). I ordered the Cucumber scented Shampoo & Conditioner and love the feel of the lather. Is a bit pricy compared to drig store brands, but it doesn’t seem to require large amount per wash, so I consider economical. Prior to Routine, a friend/ Hair stylist recommended Nioxin which I had been using. It’s good for thinning hair too but I now prefer Routine.

Fantastic hair product!I was having sever hair loss after I had surgery. Every time I would wash my hair, the hair loss was terrible and I knew I had to do something. I did research and found the reviews of Routine very positive compared to other products. I made my purchase and bought the shampoo and conditioner with the rose hips scent.
Within 2 weeks the shedding almost stopped completely and I could see new hair growth around my hairline.
I am now 9 months in using Routine and my hair is wonderful. A lot of new hair growth continues and my hair feels great.
A few tips, try not to wash your hair everyday, I can usually get away with every 4 days. To keep your blowout looking fresh, if you can, put your hair on top of your head with a scrunchie ( not a hair band, that will cause breakage), sleep on a satin pillow case or wrap your hair in a silk scarf at night.
You can refresh your hair with dry shampoo, plenty of choices out there. My choice is Kenra dry shampoo, this works with my hair and does not leave any residue.
I don’t use this everyday, but if my hair needs a little pick me up I will spray this on my roots.
I really can’t say enough about this product and tell everyone I know how good it really is. I know this is a little pricey ( great products usually are) however, Routine is very concentrated, therefore you do not need a lot of product when you do shampoo and condition.

While it’s only been a month I have noticed that my hair has remained manageable even since I’ve started to let it grow from a pixie cut to hopefully a cut that will be longer. Love this productI have curly thick hair and have also noticed that I was losing more hair in the shower.
