We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. I won't be buying anything else.
sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. My Stepmom did some looking around for something that would help me and came across these products. Y'all! I have sooooo much new growth, my hair is thicker and you can barely see my scalp anymore! Hair Growth - Don't Change FormulaI was using the rose hip shampoo and conditioner and I really loved it until....I tried the cucumber shampoo and conditioner and I'm really a satisfied customer. My hair is so soft and shiny. I do see hair growth! All I ask of the company is " please don't change the formula to new and improved" please just leave it as it is because you reached perfection with this one....it has a very light clean scent.
If you feel your hair isn't looking good and you think it's time for a haircut, try this first. My hair never looked better!!!!!

Less Hair Loss After 1 Month!I have been trying everything to get my hair to stop falling out and to grow thicker in the areas it has thinned out. I saw a Facebook article with reviews of several different shampoos and conditioners. One of the things this article said was a lot of the products you have to use multiple steps outside of just the shampoo and conditioner in order to get results. Routine was #1 on the list and didn’t need multiple steps. I figured why not try it. It was cheaper than most I’ve tried. Couldn’t hurt. I also ordered the scalp treatment but keep forgetting to try it. But just in one month I am noticing less hair loss and my hair is looking much healthier! I am very surprised and happy with my choice to try Routine. I would highly recommend it!
Great productI was skeptical at first as my hair has always been thin and fine but after using this product for a week and a half I already see my hair is fuller, more volume, and thicker not to mention my hair is shinier also! I do however have to condition my hair about 3 to 4 times a week but it still makes my hair thicker and soft and shinier. Before I would condition my hair same amount but my hair would fall flat and extremely thin! I am pleased with this and will be buying more!

Still new and not fully sold yetI was previously using Tresume keratin smooth until a class action law suit over causing hair loss. I tried Nioxen, Keratin, Collagen and biotin supplements. Gave spoild child a try for close to a year. My hair strands are pretty healthy. I don't color and hardly ever blow dry and heated tools. Routine feels good and leaves hair soft. Still too early to tell if it is growing new hair. I went with coconut scent but doesn't really smell like coconut. Love the way that a little conditioner goes a long way. The supplement pills are in a clear unmarked bottle so no real idea what I am taking. The serum/oil definitely has tea tree oil in it. I usually put oil on massage in and the just kick back in bath tub until water cools and then was with Routine shampoo and conditioner.
Too Drying!I thought I would try this thinking I could save a few bucks so I would no longer need to use Shapiro MD. I use another one called Revive. The Revive is more for My dry scalp. It’s the only thing that has worked for me.
I have tried using the Routine Wellness (Both the shampoo and conditioner) four times. I have used it by itself, as well as mixing it in with my other shampoos and conditioners . The result is always the same. It dries my hair out so badly. When I get out of the shower, it takes me at least an hour to get through all of the tangles even with a product and wet brush I have been using for 15 years. I am still trying to use it because I don’t want to waste the $50.00 that I paid for the shampoo and conditioner. Unless you have very oily, straight hair, I would not recommend using this product.

I'm really loving it!I am 61 years old and mostly course thick gray hair that is colored. My head was sensitive to the color I was getting at the salon several years ago, and bought some color from a health food store where I shop. My hairdresser was surprised how well it colored and stayed. I now order my color directly from the manufacture and they mix a special blend for me. They highly recommend their shampoo and conditioner due to the ingredients that works well with their color. So I have been using their shampoo ever since. Its been several years now. I have noticed over the past several years that my hair on top is thinning. My hair has always been thick. My hairdresser is who told me about Routine and how great is was on another client.
