How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. I desperately wanted to get my hair back to that thick pony tail I remember. So, after one month’s worth of use every other day, I’ve seen:

Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. My Stepmom did some looking around for something that would help me and came across these products. Y'all! I have sooooo much new growth, my hair is thicker and you can barely see my scalp anymore! Subtle but definitely workingI've been using Routine daily for over a month now and I've noticed a definite shine and manageability to my hair that was not there before. I have people asking if I got a haircut or a new style. I went to the hairdresser today and she said that my hair was thicker and she didn't as much of my scalp as she has in the past. I thought it was working and making my hair grow but I wasn't sure. I'm going to continue with Routine and hope it gets even better. I am a female, post menopause and have had thinning hair at my forehead hairline for many years (no bangs for me) but this is the first shampoo and conditioner (I have tried them all) that actually appears to be working. Much thicker feelI have been using the Shampoo and Conditioner for about a month and I feel my hair is feeling thicker and softer.
ReviewPrior to using Routine this last year, I used over the counter popular less expensive brands. Actually the VO5 volumizing shampoo was the best. I could use no conditioners as my old fine hair would become flat.
Routine has dramatically improved the quality of my hair. Even the fellow who cuts my hair ( for years now) asked “what changed?”.
I think it is not becoming thinner. And it seems thicker because of the good quality. But the thinning spots, the side at hairline, across the upper middle scalp, are remarkably thin. Routine allows for a comb-over.
I am so pleased with this product! Now Ivwishbthere was a supplement to help actual thickness.

Shampoo/ConditionerI was using just a regular drug store shampoo and conditioner. Over time my hear was listless and there was a lot of hair in my brush as I did my hair.
I did a little research and found “Routine.” At first it seemed expensive, but I found myself using less than half of Routine than I did the cheaper product. After about a week, I could see less breakage and after a month my hair had more body.
I love this product and feel like it is great value for money.
OBSESSEDOk you guys- I am OBSESSED!! Just started using the shampoo and conditioner 4 days ago and I can say for the first time in years my hair feels incredible! I am the girl who is like "my hair sucks" on the regular but I think I have found my saving grace! I have tried all the things. I am influenced..I buy and usually am disappointed but this stuff is MY JAM!!!! It only takes a small amount to have rich lather and the conditioner is thick and coats my fine strands but doesn't weigh my hair down. LOOOOOVE IT!!
AmazingI have been using this shampoo for about a month and love the way it makes my hair feel and look. It doesn’t take much to work up a good lather and the same with the conditioner a little goes a long way. It’s smells great too!
SMELLS AMAZINGI Love this scent. I have not noticed a big difference in hair loss....as it is still about the same however, I will say that this and the rose hibiscus shampoo and conditioner make my hair fuller and give it a great natural curl without the frizz. I am on my 3rd bottle of Shampoo and Conditioner so by now, one year and half later, I would know that the hair loss has not changed. So don't be fooled by some of these reviews. Don't get me wrong, it's a great product and everyone is different.

Best product out there for thin, fine hair.I lost a lot of hair after I had Covid. My hair has always been fine textured but I was really losing a lot of it. I researched all the shampoos & realized Routine is the best one out there. The shampoo cleans my hair very well & the conditioner doesn’t weigh it
down like others I’ve tried. Routine smells wonderful, not medicinal. I began seeing improvement almost immediately. I no longer get a handful of hair when I run my hands through it. Also, the customer service is excellent & the cost is very reasonable. I’ll always use Routine. Looking forward to trying some of the new scents!
Fantastic productI’m very pleased that Routine does what it says. I have flyaway hair and unless I throw a bunch of conditioner on it’s stringy and just not quite right. But now my hair has calmed down. Pretty amazing. I will continue to use it but I’m pretty sure I’ll be buying more.
Hair HealthI’ve hit menopause and we all know what that means with hair - thinning!
Love the smell, feel, and a little product goes a long way. I’m going to do as suggested using it for 4 full months to see if I notice a difference. I’m also using the serum. I could give a more detailed and full review at this time. Only down fall is your product is a bit pricey. If I see results at the end of 4 months then it’ll be worth every penny.

No hair zone FILLING IN!I tried 2 bottles of shampoo and conditioner by Olaplex. Didn't work much, other than another hair, conditioner stunk and needed more than the shampoo. Lastly was too pricey for what you get.
This one is working! Started perimenopause at 37 noticed hair coming out in clusters for last 3-4 years. This did the trick. A little goes a Very long way. Trick is to leave in both products in hair for about 3-5 minutes floss/ brush teeth, shave, wash body, exfoliate, breathing techniques, stretch/strengthen, relax or what ever. Don't rinse all the conditioner out either. Brush with a gentle "wet brush". Wait for about 6 months for accurate judgements.
I'll be sticking with this product for a while.
Stopped most of my shedding.Almost from the 1st day of use I noticed much less shedding and a softness to my hair.
