How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. I desperately wanted to get my hair back to that thick pony tail I remember. So, after one month’s worth of use every other day, I’ve seen:

Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. I won't be buying anything else.
sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. My Stepmom did some looking around for something that would help me and came across these products. Y'all! I have sooooo much new growth, my hair is thicker and you can barely see my scalp anymore! New Growth - Even My Hairdresser Noticed!I am loving this stuff! I started using it a few months ago after trying numerous other products for hair thinning. My previous go-to was Nioxin, recommended by my hairdresser. I tried Routine and it is far superior to anything else I've tried. I have new growth -- so much new growth that my hair dresser mentioned it unprompted at my last visit. My impressions: (1) It smells great. I've tried both Rose Hips and Jasmine and both are fabulous. (2) I'm a daily washer, but I really don't need to with Routine. I used to get oily after a day, and I don't anymore. My pre-teen daughter also gets really oily hair, but this shampoo really works for her too. (3) It is really concentrated. I am used to 33.8 oz shampoo bottles, which I used to go through every month. I can make these much smaller bottles last a month. (4) My hair is very soft and manageable. It is full bodied and styles really easily. I just recently added the serum, and it is too early to tell whether that also impacts growth, but it does seem to help the balance/condition of my hair. Not thrilled with the smell of the serum, but it is a pre-shampoo treatment and it washes out fully, so I'm not concerned with the scent. Overall, 5/5 stars, and I don't have plans to try any other products!
Happier with WildflowerMy first purchase I messed up and got something unscented. I liked the product and it seemed to help - my hair certainly felt thicker and healthier. Now that I have my second round of Routine (wildflower and jasmine) I am so much happier! I love the way it smells and how my hair feels.
Great product!!I don't wash my hair daily but after the 3rd time and following the cod water instructions my hair loss was minimal to practically nothing. Definitely worth the purchase!!
Everything promisedThis brand is amazing. I got my first order mid-December of 2023. I JUST ran out of my first bottle of shampoo this week! I wasn’t expecting a 14oz bottle to last this long but it did.

Helps thinning hairI have thinning hair and my scalp was showing on top of my head. Routine shampoo and conditioner have definitely helped hide the scalp. My scalp is not showing as much. I recommend them if you have fine thinning hair.
Lots of volumeI have been using hair loss recommended products for awhile due to Covid hair loss. My hair is finally regrowing and this shampoo seems to clean my hair amd my fragile regrowth amd leave it full, not weigheddown by residue. This makes it easy to skip some days.

Subtle but definitely workingI've been using Routine daily for over a month now and I've noticed a definite shine and manageability to my hair that was not there before. I have people asking if I got a haircut or a new style. I went to the hairdresser today and she said that my hair was thicker and she didn't as much of my scalp as she has in the past. I thought it was working and making my hair grow but I wasn't sure. I'm going to continue with Routine and hope it gets even better. I am a female, post menopause and have had thinning hair at my forehead hairline for many years (no bangs for me) but this is the first shampoo and conditioner (I have tried them all) that actually appears to be working.
