How do I use Routine Shampoo and Conditioner?

We recommend you use the shampoo and conditioner each time you wash your hair.

When shampooing, we recommend you use your fingertips and massage the roots of your hair. When conditioning, we recommend you use your palms and focus on the strands and tips of your hair.

In each case, we recommend you leave the product in your hair for 90 seconds before rinsing.

Our products are formulated and manufactured in the United States with the finest ingredients sourced from around the world. We are headquartered in the USA, and all of our employees are based in the USA.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we never test on animals, except humans who volunteer to be tested upon.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship out all orders within one to two business days.

If your delivery address is within the United States, your package will arrive 3-7 business days after it is shipped. If you purchase expedited shipping, your package will arrive within three business days after it is shipped.

If your delivery address is within Canada, your package will arrive 7-12 business days after shipping. Due to customs, we cannot guarantee delivery times internationally.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes!

We offer expedited shipping within the United States for $15, regardless of the size of your order. This allows for you to receive your package 3 business days after it is shipped. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that if you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or a US Territory, expedited shipping may take additional time but will be faster than our free shipping method.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link.  That tracking link will let you track your package all the way to your doorstep.
