Seeing New GrowthI’ve actually only taken these just under 2 months and I think I’m actually seeing some new hair growth.
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 3 years and I noticed immediately that my hair actually had body and I could go 3 days without washing and the shine and body were just like I had just washed it. Like many other reviewers, I’ve had a long history with fine limp hair, then Covid and Thyroid disease hit and I lost a Great Deal of hair. Now I’m trying to maintain my hair health so investigated hair supplements and to my dismay they all were so expensive!! Being on a fixed income these were the most reasonable and best rated in my opinion. And they don’t make me sick to my stomach!

I've got thicker hair for sure. It has a stronger root and base. I can tell because I see it stand up more instead of just lay flat. I think this is because of the fancy biotin they use in the product. If I stop taking it for about 4 days, I can tell my hair isn't as good anymore.
This supplement is like a daily vitamin hug for your hair. I've made it a part of my morning ritual, and honestly, my hair feels like it's living its best life.

2 months in and love it!I’ve been using this product consistently for two months! I have noticed a significant decrease in my shedding! Before this my hair would look lifeless and terrible. IT was falling out like there was no tomorrow. If you're thinking bout buying this, I imagine you might feel the same way.

Going on 2 months!I have tried a lot of different products for hair growth, including minoxidil and other hair supplements. I'd basically given up as my hair was really thin and not growing and just flat. It was depressing.
I've been using Routine Hair Supplement for just over 2 months now (like 70 days I think). Myy hair is definitely growing in fuller which is what I'm looking for! I love that it won't break the bank either because so many products out there are just scams that are expensive.

Less Hair Loss AND Hair RegrowthI've taken Routine Hair Supplement for 3 months. These capsules work really well to stop my hair loss AND help with regrowth as well. My hair looks and feels thicker since starting these capsules. I can tell when I rub my hands through my hair, or when I try to brush my hair and there is more strength in the strands.
My hair loss was really bad, but these capsules aren't too expensive. There are definitely some that are cheaper, but they didn't work for me. There are some that are more expensive too, but they are outside my budget.
