How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.
Do I really need the conditioner?
Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.
That said, about 30% of our customers purchase the shampoo alone!

Late 60sIn my late sixties my hair started thinning. The shedding was really obvious. After one month of using Routine Wellness, I am seeing improvement. I still have some shedding, but not nearly as much. Friends have commented that my gray hair looks so soft and healthy. I will continue to use, although I want to change the scent for my next shipment. Thank you!
Love love this shampoo!I donโt wash my hair very often so it took a little longer for me to get used to this shampoo but so far I love it. I definitely have noticed a difference in the amount of hair thatโs coming out. My brush has very little hair in it before Iโd have huge globes of it. My hair has been thinning so it seems to be working great so far. Iโve only used it four times but Iโm very happy with it and I will order more. Thank you.
Hair changing!I have used the shampoo and conditioner for just over 2 months. Within 3/4 weeks the excess hair loss had ceased, and in the last couple of weeks I have noticed a significant regrowth of new hair.
My hair started really thinning over the last year as menopause hit me hard, and quite suddenly. I hadnโt realised how upset I would become over something Iโve always taken for granted. Crying in the shower whilst washing my hair became a regular occurrence.

Skeptical? Read thisI have used so many different products to try and save what little hair I have left and none of them worked. At 65, my once thick full head of hair was now thinning and falling out. I do color my hair which makes it even more brittle. I had seen this shampoo on Amazon and thought why not give it a try.
I'm now 5 months into using this product and I will say I will never go back.
My hair has stopped falling out! I used to clean out clumps of hair from my brush and shower drain almost daily. One morning as I'm pulling out my brush to use I noticed there was no hair on the brush. I asked my husband if he had cleaned my brush as I've never not had clumps of hair in it.
From that day on I kept looking every day. There may be 2-3 hairs but NOTHING like before. So, if you're on the fence try it, keep track and you will see your hair stops falling out and your once thin hair is getting fuller.

Routine Shampoo & ConditionerMy friend told me about Routine Wellness, when I commented on how lovely her hair was looking. I have used it a few times now and love it. There's no going back for me. My hair feels light (if that makes sense). When using other shampoos, there is a heaviness like there is lots of different products in your hair.
What do you have to lose?I started using the Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner about three months ago, and the difference in my hair has been incredible. For years, Iโve dealt with shedding. I would find hair on my pillow, in the shower, on my clothes and it made me so sad. But this is the first product that actually helped slow that down ifff not even stop it entirely. After just a few washes, I noticed less hair in my brush, and now itโs almost nothing other than the occasional hair that I woudl expect to be losing. So first great thign is as massive reduction in shedding.
Second, Iโm getting volume I havenโt seen since my 30s. It actually feels bouncy again, not limp and lifeless like before. And the shine is incredible. Itโs like my hair catches the light again, and people have actually complimented me on it!
Another thing I love is the smell. I got the Rose hips scent initially and then just bought the Lavender & Cedar scent. I like the rose hips a lot. It's fresh and not too floral. But I LOVE the Lavender & Cedar scent. It lingers just the right amount after drying, and I catch myself sniffing my hair sometimes (I know, silly, but itโs that good). The conditioner feels luxurious, not too heavy, and doesnโt leave my scalp feeling greasy or dry.
I was honestly skeptical but this one does what it says. I even bought a set for my sister, whoโs been struggling with thinning, and sheโs loving it too. From a woman in her mid 50s, I'd recommend you give it a shot. What do you have to lose?
I do not recommend these products. I have used the unscented shampoo and conditioner for about 3 months now. There has been no improvement with thinning year. My biggest concern is the condition of my hair. It has become drab, dry, almost frizzy - looks like dried straw - which has never been the case with my hair before. I stopped using these products over a week ago and started using previous hair products. Now my hair again is shiny, manageable and looks in good condition. I believe that the conditioner is an especially poor product.
