How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.
Do I really need the conditioner?
Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.
That said, about 30% of our customers purchase the shampoo alone!

Change of hair products.A little while ago I decided to change my hair shampoo from Alpecin to Routine Wellness.
Alpecin didn’t seem to be improving the texture of my hair line.
I have been using the new shampoo for a few weeks and love the texture and feel of my hair and it is beginning to thicken and it is looking much fuller.
What A Relief!I have been on a GLP1 for 8 months & started noticing my hair thinning about 6-8 weeks ago. I did my research learned that not only the GLP1 was contributing but also my age was a factor. I found Routine WEllness & have lived how both the shampoo & conditioner have made it feel from the beginning. Wonderful!I am 35 and found myself thinning mostly in my part. It was a cause of just severe discomfort for me and that lead to me into a deep dive into hair thinning and hair wellness, which led to me Routine and I will never be going back!
This is the best by far. The scent is Jasmine & Orange Blossom and it is wonderful - very light and very refreshing but I can still smell it a day or two later. I've used the shampoo for about a month and you can see my part which shows you what it was six months ago. Its definitely lasting and its wonderful and I highly recommend.
Great ShampooI honestly didn’t realize how much hair I was losing until it stopped. For the past year I would find strands on my pillow, in the shower drain, all over my brush. It felt like every wash day was just another reminder my hair was thinning. I decided to try Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner after my stylist told me about it and I read some reviews here.
Within the first month the shedding slowed down noticeably. By the second month, it wasn’t just that I wasn’t losing as much. My hair actually felt thicker at the roots, like it had more strength and density when I ran my fingers through it. Even my hairline, which was starting to look sparse, has started to fill in a bit.
I love the shampoo. It smells great and just works. The conditioner raelly shines in my opninon though. It is lightweight but still nourishing, so it doesn’t leave that heavy or greasy feeling. Some products can weigh my hair down but this doens't. The key is just using a small amount, which is great bc I save money.
My hair feels soft, looks shinier, and the bonus is that it actually holds volume throughout the day. I’ve used countless products over the years, but this is the first one that truly made me feel hopeful about my hair again. Less shedding, more thickness, and healthier strands overall. I’ll be sticking with Routine Wellness from now on.

Things are improving!Thank you for developing Routine Wellness hair products. My hair(naturally curly), has been falling out for the past eight months and been very dry, thin and brittle.
This past year I have had two major surgeries, been placed on a ‘loop recorder’ because of my body’s health trauma.
I’ve been confined to a bed, couch, walker and now a cane, needless to say my face and hair have been in a funk. I’ve been loosing bowlfuls of hair- more than our two shedding dogs combined and I can walk around with a lint roller in my pocket!

Help with GLP hair lossI have been taking a GLP and began experiencing increased hair loss almost immediately which was alarming.
