How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. Turn drab to fab!I just ordered my 4 or 5th bottle, menopause was really doing a number on causing my hair to fall out and thin. Started using Routine, I still am dealing with shedding but not as much and my hair is fuller. It worth every penny and the scents are not over powering.

Amazing product!I have very fine, thin, frizzy hair that has thinned significantly after child birth and weight loss, so I was looking for a hair loss shampoo. I ordered the madarin cedar, and I’ve been using it for about a month and a half. I am blown away at how soft and smooth it makes my hair, and my hair dresser mentioned how many new hairs she just saw growing in! I have cut down on other products to take my frizz and my hair looks better than ever!
Doesn’t WorkI’ve been using this shampoo for about 3 months and I haven’t seen any difference in hair loss. Every time I wash my hair there is a handful that comes out and when I come my hair daily there is still a ton that falls out. I have not seen any growth and my hair doesn’t feel thicker. The only positive thing I can say is that my hair is softer.
Hair Loss After Surgery But Fuller After Routine WellnessStarted Routine after a medical emergency caused hair loss. Several months after the event the shedding began mostly around the crown. Lots of hair in the drain after my shower. The amount of hair began to decrease gradually. I noticed that by the 8th week there was a lot less hair loss. Starting To See ResultsMy hair is very fine and very thin. I have tried several different products in the past and was willing to try Routine. I love the reviews I have read. Loving this shampooI’m very glad that I decided to try this shampoo. My old shampoo was leaving my hair limp and I seemed to be losing more hair than usual. With Routine my hair is doing what I want it to rather than my hair just doing what it wants to. Seems like less loss of hair too ,which is a plus. I haven’t used the conditioner because I never have used conditioner but this is by choice.
