How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. I desperately wanted to get my hair back to that thick pony tail I remember. So, after one month’s worth of use every other day, I’ve seen:

Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. Post-menopausal New Hair!I'm a healthy woman going on 65 years old. About 15 years post-menopause. I've always had very fine hair but enough of it. Less Hair in my brush!While still new to using I am already seeing less hair in my brush. I have tried many other shampoos and this is the best so far. I am not naive enough to think I will have a miraculous regrowth, however, I am hopeful to keep what I have left!!

Soft and Full HairI was previously using Nioxin, which did a good job but is expensive and tended to dry my hair out unless I used their conditioner. I thought I would give Routine a try to compare. I like the softness and fullness Routine gives my hair. The rinse doesn't flatten my thin hair out.
I used this product for over a year and ZERO improvement. I was so excited about this product with the number of raving reviews. I hope everyone else has a better experience.
Was Skeptical - But LOVE this brand!I was skeptical since I have tried many different shampoos and conditioners in the past… but this shampoo/conditioner is amazing! I have washed with it 4 times and already my hair is softer and my scalp feels better than it ever has! My hair feels healthier and more voluminous! I got it in the vanilla scent and it’s a very light pleasant scent… I also got the serum and it’s been a great addition as well! 10/10 would recommend trying this brand…
I'm EncouragedI'm a new user and haven't had a chance yet to see new growth, but I like the shampoo and conditioner a lot. It makes my hair silky and it feels like I have more volume. I will comment again when new hair starts growing in.

AWESOMEI've only been using Routine for about 3 weeks, but after the first week I already noticed that my hair had stopped falling out like it had been. It had originally started to thin from a medication I'd taken and I didn't realize losing hair being one of the side effects. The doctor had told me when I stopped taking it my hair would stop falling out, but it didn't. I have very long hair and was seeing too much of my scalp peeking through. My first order was amazing I got the wildflower scent! My second order I thought I would change up the scent and got the Vanella and coconut,which by the way smells nothing like either anyway this order was terrible actually dried my hair out horribly!!
Retired house wifeI ordered Routine about a few weeks ago. I like the feel of my hair using Routine cause my hair is thinning. It has been since I did chemo 20 yrs ago. I started using Nixon back 15 yrs ago , it did help a tad. As I got older it kept thinning I thought it was because of chemotherapy and the meds I take. Routine makes my hair look great and feels great. I’m. going to keep using it . Is one for color treated hair.
Routine shampoo and conditionerI have celiac which if you don’t know is a gluten intolerance. Every shampoo made my head itch like crazy. I was getting very annoyed. I started looking for a gluten free shampoo. I had found one but a little later found the Routine so I ordered it and I was amazed at the small amount it took and my hair was so soft and shiny. My itching also stopped.
