How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. My Stepmom did some looking around for something that would help me and came across these products. Y'all! I have sooooo much new growth, my hair is thicker and you can barely see my scalp anymore! Wonderful product!I was using Pureology shampoo and conditioner before trying Routine. I wash and condition my hair every 3-4 days and Routine leave my hair smelling great, it is soft and super shiny! Less hair loss!I have tried a few other shampoos which were more expensive and wasn't satisfied with the results for my hair loss. In the past few months I have been using this shampoo and hair serum and see less hair falling out. The shampoo leaves my hair soft and with volume. I will continue to use these products and recommend them to anyone going through hair loss!
Better than my alternative shampoosI've been using routine shampoo and conditioner for about a month and see some improvements. I've also been using other hair supplements as well (Weem gummies) and I take biotin. I believe with all this combined, my hair is growing and looks a little healthier. I have thin curly hair that is naturally frizzy. My hair has since looked a bit nicer even with frizz. I recommend this shampoo.
No Breakage and Fuller Hair After 1 MonthWow, I have spent so much money on products over the years, I could literally open a store. I have to say after a month of using this it is my most favorite so far. It was a complete difference from the first time I used it to now. I have thin hair with breakage due to menopause. Not no more I have had no breakage and my hair has been fuller and has a really nice bounce I have never had. I think I have some re-growth but not sure yet, may be too early.

A MiracleMy hair was thinning and falling out with every brush or comb through—but then I got covid and my hair was falling out by the handfuls—huge handfuls! The shower drain would be covered so badly with hair that the water would back up and pool! Hair would be shedding all over my pillow and clothes and I started getting bald spots. Losing hairI was using Tresemme shampoo and conditioner and losing tons of hair every day. I decided to try Routine and even my husband noticed I wasn't losing hair any more (he used to pull hair off my clothes like a monkey grooming it's mate). It smells great and I love the way my hair feels now.
Fabulous!I have to admit I was skeptical because I have tried so many different shampoos from online that claim to help fluff up thin hair and actually weighed my hair down. Miracle productI'm 64 years old and am on many medications that have a side effect of hair loss. I'm also under a lot of stress which doesn't help. My hair began falling out by the handfuls. Review After Two Months - Hair Growing BackI recently started a weightloss medicine and apparently wasn't getting enough protien. I fixed that problem, but my hair was still coming out in chunks. I was so distraught. I'm not a vain person, but it made me even more self conscious. I bought Monoxidil and hated it immediately.
