We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. The best treatment for your hair!Four months ago I decided to give a chance to Rutine Products after I read very good reviews. I’m glad I didn’t. This has been the best thing I’ve done for my hair. After I started using their shampoo, conditioner and oil drops, my health hair came back. My hair was falling out in a crazy way, but after a month after I started using these, my hair stopped falling out and I can see some new hair in my front scalp. I could recommend Routine products without any doubt.
FULLER THIN HAIRAloha! I have very thin hair. I bought this shampoo and conditioner in hopes to help make my hair look and feel thicker. The first two weeks it did make my hair feel flat and dry. But after using aftr a month i noticed my hair adjusting to the shampoo and conditioner. It does't feel dry or flat anymore. It feels full! I've noticed new baby hairs as well!! I even told my partner to start using it too because he is thinning and balding. The only thing is i can't say that my hair is falling out less it seems the same but i cant complain I see a difference. I will be buying more!!!

Wonderful SurpriseI tried not to get my hopes up, I have been using Loma products for quite a while, and although they were made for hydration, my hair still felt dry and brittle. I am 60 and experiencing hair thinning, breakage and overall lacklustre. I tried Routine to see if I could possibly get my hair healthy enough to possibly stimulate some hair growth, I may be getting older, but I am not ready to look like it. After the very first shampoo my hair was so much softer! I have not yet noticed if regrowth is occurring but it’s only been a month. Hair is Full and Bouncy Again!Out of necessity, I stopped coloring my hair in 2009. I lucked out with the natural gray coloring and have never looked back. BUT with the lack of the coloring and natural process of aging, I still had a lot of hair but it was very fine hair. Top that with terrible water in our area (and yes it is treated) I was not liking my hair so much. I took the chance on Routine and with the first washing, saw immediate improvement! I decided not to use the conditioner a few washings ago and realized I really didn't even need it every time! My third week of using and I'm hooked! Full and Shiny!This Shampoo & Conditioner is by far the best I have used!! I was using Redkin for thin hair. It was alright but not the ending results I was looking for. I tried Routine and instantly fell in love with the product and also my hair. It is full, shinny and hasn't looked this good in years. My hair is mid-length, and somewhat oily and definitely thinning due to my age of 61. When my husband I go out he has always gotten all the comments of "you have beautiful hair". his is down to his belt, and yes he does have beautiful hair so I wanted to try something new to get those comments as well. And now I do!!!

Softer Longer and New Growth After 1 monthI have been losing my hair a lot these days. I've lost a substantial amount of weight. Then I'm hit with the starting of menopause! Ugh.
