How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. I desperately wanted to get my hair back to that thick pony tail I remember. So, after one month’s worth of use every other day, I’ve seen:

Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. Routine has been greatI started using Routine Shampoo and Conditioner (Jasmine scent) about three weeks ago, and immediately noticed a lot less hair coming out in my hairbrush. I’ve had very thick, long hair (past my waist) for many years, until the last two. Then it started to thin considerably and is at least 6-8 inches shorter. I just turned 70 recently, and am hoping this new trend with Routine will continue! The other really nice thing is that it takes very little Routine Shampoo AND Conditioner to wash my still longer-than-average hair. Thank you, Routine! (I have previously tried several other department-store brands, but none of them produced good results)

My only shampooI love it and it has given me a new perspective. Because I have heart issues there is a lot of hair growth products I can’t use. I take alot of heart medication for my heart and covet twice so my hair in the top was so thin it was impossible to cover my scalp. Fantastic hair product!I was having sever hair loss after I had surgery. Every time I would wash my hair, the hair loss was terrible and I knew I had to do something. I did research and found the reviews of Routine very positive compared to other products. I made my purchase and bought the shampoo and conditioner with the rose hips scent.
Within 2 weeks the shedding almost stopped completely and I could see new hair growth around my hairline.
I am now 9 months in using Routine and my hair is wonderful. A lot of new hair growth continues and my hair feels great.
A few tips, try not to wash your hair everyday, I can usually get away with every 4 days. To keep your blowout looking fresh, if you can, put your hair on top of your head with a scrunchie ( not a hair band, that will cause breakage), sleep on a satin pillow case or wrap your hair in a silk scarf at night.
You can refresh your hair with dry shampoo, plenty of choices out there. My choice is Kenra dry shampoo, this works with my hair and does not leave any residue.
I don’t use this everyday, but if my hair needs a little pick me up I will spray this on my roots.
I really can’t say enough about this product and tell everyone I know how good it really is. I know this is a little pricey ( great products usually are) however, Routine is very concentrated, therefore you do not need a lot of product when you do shampoo and condition.

Hair feels good after shampoo and conditioner. Nice and soft. The first month, Routine emailed and asked if there was any difference. I said 'no.' They said give it a few months. So I did. I was so hoping this would work. The only difference is thick suds in the shampoo bowl that doesn't disappear unless I use the sprayer full blast. They dry out and are there until I use the sprayer full blast. In fact, it suggests that the product does NOT make hair thicker except for whatever is in it that clings to the hair shaft to give an appearance of thicker hair. So I'm out almost $50 for a product that didn't work and I guarantee this review won'[t make it online. Sorry, Routine. I won't be ordering again.
Growing Faster and ThickerOkay, I've tried all the hair products that make promises and they rarely deliver. My hair, my daughter's hair, my husband hair, my son's hair, have all seen the benefits after our first bottle. After a year of use I have a ton of new hair growth and my breakage from wearing my hair up daily has significantly slowed down. My hair has gone from growing less than half an inch in 6 months to half an inch a month or less. My hair is shiny, it's soft, it's thicker, and it has volume. I cannot recommend it enough. Really great shampooI tried Routine after using different shampoos and conditioners, never satisfied with any product. Routine leaves my hair clean. It doesn’t have a strong perfumy scent, just faint and nice. My hair was falling out and I always found so much in the drain. I was scared my hair was falling out after menopause. With Routine, this isn’t a problem at all. One bottle lasts me a long time- almost 10 months and I wash my hair 3 times weekly and use enough to shampoo twice. The conditioner is easily rinsed out leaving my thick, curly hair soft and manageable. I travel with the little bottles that came free with my order. You must not earn much money with me, as in the last 2 years I’ve only ordered and needed two bottles! I love it!
Switched From Pantenei really like the way it makes my hair feel, so soft. I was using Pantene and did not like the way it left my hair. Made my hair feel coarse and made my scalp itch. Using Routine has decreased the itching. I think you have a very good product. My hair used to be very curly, but due to age and medications most of the curl has disappeared. However, since using Routine, I feel that some of the curl is coming back and has more volume.
