How often should I wash my hair with Routine Wellness Shampoo & Conditioner?
We recommend you wash your hair with Routine Wellness as frequently as you have been washing your hair with your previous shampoo and conditioner. That said, we recommend you wash at least twice a week.
Do I really need the conditioner?
Most people who choose to purchase shampoo only do so because they believe conditioner will weigh down their hair. We formulated Routine Wellness Conditioner to be really lightweight so it doesn’t weigh down your hair. In addition, our clinical results are based upon using both products together.

A LOT of hair growthI bought this with great skepticism like most of you. I was losing hair like CRAZY! I think it's a menopause thing or something but anyway it has stopped falling out. I hardly if ever have to clean my drain from the fuzzy monster. And I noticed this morning (I'm 3 months in now) that I have about 3 inches of baby hair growth coming in all over my head. A LOT of hair growth. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. I do let it sit in while I shave and shampoo every 2-3 days. The conditioner is powerful and you don't need much.

AMAZING RESULTS: QUICKLYI was losing enough hair it effected my self esteem. Sorry, vain about my hair even at 74. So far…SO GOOD!I received Routine about a month ago and I couldn’t wait to try it. I started to have symptoms of hair fall with a hysterectomy and hormone therapy. I desperately wanted to get my hair back to that thick pony tail I remember. So, after one month’s worth of use every other day, I’ve seen:

Review After 5 Weeks of UseThere are people here who used Routine once and then decided it didn't work for them...That is just crazy, as no problem this serious is fixed in one day. I got Routine just over a month ago, because like you, I read the reviews and thought it could work on my hair to make it thicker and less brittle.
Here's how it went:
Day 1 - Eh. I tried this after working out and didn't love what it smelled like in my hand. Not that it smelled bad - it just didn't have much of a scent. I applied it to my hair and didn't see much of a difference.
Day 2 - 10. I used it three times during this period, and it left my hair looking nice and not greasy.
4 weeks later...
I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!
My hair has volume - yeah - like a lot of volume. I use the shampoo and conditioner every 3-4 days and usually just let it sit while I shave my legs. Then I wash out. Before, I couldn't go more than 2 days before having to shampoo again. Now, I can go 4 days without issue. My hair looks great and bouncy instead of flat.
This didn't happen overnight. It took a few weeks of use in order to get the value from the product. To the people trying it for 20 seconds and giving up - you're not going to be happy with anything you use!
It is a fantastic product, and you should try it and give it a real chance.

SAVED ME FROM COVID HAIR LOSSMy hair and I have always had a hate-hate relationship. It was always thin and tangly, and I didn't know what to do. Then, I got COVID and my hair started shedding. Like a lot of shedding. Have you guys had that? Just comes out in the shower and you don't even want to brush your hair because you know you'll lose so much.
I saw ads on Facebook for this shampoo all the time and thought it had to be such a scam and that it was just a way to get money out of people. After a bunch of "maybe I'll just try it and get scammed", I finally decided to purchase it. It had a 30 day return policy so I figured whatever, right?
After the first use I fell in love because of how soft my hair was! My horribly thin, lifeless, practically balding hair was puffy and bouncy. I had volume! Finally! It looked like I had a normal head of hair. After a few weeks of use, even the shedding stopped. I’m not usually a returning customer for this kind of stuff, but this one is a must!!! I don’t think I can live without it and I need a lifetime supply of Routine at my house. 100% entirely worth it.
shame on meTo be honest I ordered Routine with alot of scepticism. Well shame on me because this stuff is amazing. My hair has been falling out for a couple of years now and after a month of Routine I am hardly shedding at all. My hair feels cleaner and softer all together more healthy. sooooo much new growthI have always had extra fine, thin hair... Like, you don't understand, it's horrible. DissatisfiedI’m really disappointed in this shampoo and conditioner. It has left my hair feeling dry. It knots very easily. A lot of money spent for really bad results.
Love this productMy hair was struggling after prolonged health issues. Texture and fall out issues. The shampoo, conditioner and oil have been a godsend. My hair is silky, shiny and soft, and there has been a huge change in the amount of hair falling out. I didn’t like tae scent very much at first but my husband loves it. Hair looks better than it has in yearsI had tried a bunch of those “special formulation just for you” shampoo and conditioners and my hair was flat and thin. Miracle in a BottleI have thinning hair due to health issues. I would use regular 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner for volume and would still lose abnormal amounts of hair everytime I brushed my hair. Within 2 weeks of using Routine shampoo and conditioner I'm noticing a lot less hair loss when I brush my hair! My hair even feels fuller! I recommend Routine to my friends and family all the time!

Loving my hair textureI have used Routine shampoo and conditioner about 4 times since receiving my order in the mail. I am 76 years old and feel that my hair is thinning somewhat. I researched shampoos that focus on hair growth and saw that Routine was highly recommended without being overly expensive. I am following the tips, including rinsing with cold water and feel that my overall hair health is much better. I’ve also started taking a hair vitamin. I am very pleased with this shampoo and conditioner thus far, even though it’s a bit early to tell about new hair growth. I plan to reorder soon!
Love the way my hair feelsI've only been using routine for a short time but i really like the way my hair feels and smells. Shampoo cleans well with very little product needed. As far as helping with hair loss, i don't feel I've used it long enough to judge fairly.
Hair growth success!Due to aging and hormone issues, my normally fine, thin hair seemed to barely cover my head! I'm still working on my first bottles of Routine and I can see a dramatic change already. My hair line is filling in, my part is half as wide and my hair is gowing like crazy. Less than 6 mos ago I had some miscommunication with a stylist who cut my hair so short that I simply could not get it to hold rollers and barely small curling irons. After using Routine, not only is it thicker but it has grown out to below my collar. I am ecstatic! I highly recommend this product and will be buying again!

Great ShampooI have been using Aussie shampoo for years and really did like it. However, my wife has been using Routine and has highly recommended it for me as well. I like the way it makes my hair feel and will stick to the Routine in the future.
