Ozempic Hair LossI started losing hair after being on Ozempic for a few months and honestly it scared me. I’d run my fingers through my hair and see strands everywhere. They were on my pillow, in the shower, even on my clothes. I thought it was just stress at first but it kept getting worse and my part looked wider. Worth it!For the first few months of this year, my hair and nails were in terrible shape. I'm not entirely sure what caused it originally. My nails were breaking constantly, and my hair was falling out in handfuls every time I showered or brushed it. It was devastating to see. My hair used to be thick and shiny, and it tunred dull and lifeless. It had no body.
I don't do much coloring on my hair, and I don't use irons very often. I suppose that is what happens when you're in your late 50s. I went to my doctor and started looking for new treatements. I started doing some research and stumbled upon Routine Wellness. I figured, why not give it a shot?
I received my bottle of Routine Wellness on July 16th and took my first two pills. By day seven, I was already noticing a slight improvement in my hair texture. It was more manageable and had more body. By the end of the two weeks, even my skin and eyebrows looked better. Within a month, I could see new hairs along my hair line, and my hair looked much much fuller.
The best part though? It stopped coming out in clumps, which was such a relief. I've taken about 3 bottles (or maybe 4) of this stuff now, and I'll never be without it. It saved my hair. It still saves my hair. I see even more growth today than I did two months ago.
Highlights after 3 months?
- Hair has stopped falling out. Like it does in tiny amounts like it should but not in huge clumps. If you're looking for 0 hairs to ever fall out, you need a magic potion.
- Noticably new hair everywhere. Like genuine growth.
- More fullness on my scalp. My "remaining hair" feels thicker and fuller.
- Eyebrows and eyelashes seem to be filling in

These work!I’m not really a pill taker. I would strongly prefer these were either a liquid or gummy, but I decided to try them anyway.
They were a little costly and more than I thought I was willing to spend, but I took the leap and I'm glad I did. Simply put, these work. I'm not sure if they add to hair shine, but they do make my hair thicker. It took only about 3 days to notice that, and it was crystal clear. You can just see less of my scalp, and my boyfriend mentioned that my hair looked better. My goal with these was to get thicker hair, and they are doing that.
Taken 10 years off my appearanceI've taken lots of supplements for my skin, joints, hair, nails, wrinkles, etc. I feel like most of them don't do much at all.
This is definitely an exception to that rule! I'm seeing the skin near my eyes look better, and my hair definitely has more volume and thickness. My hair used to be really thin and weak, but this is making it much better! And I've been using it for a few months and it keeps improving. I'm nearly 60, this doesn't happen without some real mojo in there!
I'm hoping this can take 30 years off my appearance (I'm 63 now), but so far, it's probably just 10 :)
Great SupplementI really wish I had taken a BEFORE photo before I started using these Routine supplements. I never do that, and didn't have much hope this would actually work, but it was a big mistake.
I never write reviews for anything in my life, but I'm doing one here because these supplements really changed my life. I know how hard going through hair loss can be for women - it really hurts our ability to be women and our self confidence. I've been going through it for about a decade and while it started off "slow", it has gotten much faster the past 24 months.
My hair loss started when I had my first child, and the crown started to thin. It got worse with my second child and COVID. I went to several dermatologists, but they didn't have much hope either. So I started trying to find help with trial and error. I've tried serums, shampoos, pills, foams, etc. I've tried everything and nothing worked until Routine. So much so that I gave up on before photos :).
I started seeing results after just 3 weeks. It wasn't hair growing back, but it was my hair shaft getting stronger. It was so obvious. Two people mentioned it. I had volume that I never had before. It was because the hair near the root was thicker. Within a few months, I started seeing some hair growing and started crying.

Seeing New GrowthI’ve actually only taken these just under 2 months and I think I’m actually seeing some new hair growth.
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 3 years and I noticed immediately that my hair actually had body and I could go 3 days without washing and the shine and body were just like I had just washed it. Like many other reviewers, I’ve had a long history with fine limp hair, then Covid and Thyroid disease hit and I lost a Great Deal of hair. Now I’m trying to maintain my hair health so investigated hair supplements and to my dismay they all were so expensive!! Being on a fixed income these were the most reasonable and best rated in my opinion. And they don’t make me sick to my stomach!
So I’m still in the process of figuring out how much they are actually going to help my hair. So far I see positive progress. Fingers crossed for now!

Much Faster and Thicker Growth!Wow - this has made my hair grow so much faster. like my hair hasn't grown this fast since I was a teenager. I bought this bc I had shedding and thinning due to GLps and my hair was getting thinner and it wouldn't grow past my shoulders. Honest Review After Trying and Then Coming Back to ThemI keep coming back to these vitamins because I can genuinely tell a difference when I’m taking them consistently. I originally started because my hair was really short and I wanted to get some length back. After a few months I noticed my hair felt thicker, stronger, and was finally getting past my shoulders. I eventually stopped taking them because my hair had gotten to a length I was happy with. About 9 month later I started noticing a lot more thinning and shedding, so I decided to go back to Routine Wellness. Sure enough, after being consistent for a few months, I started noticing the same difference again. Less shedding, my hair felt fuller, and I was finally seeing some length again.
I've tried other hair vitamins in between and personally nothing has worked as well for me. I know everyone's hair is different and I don't think you can expect one bottle to magically change your hair overnight. You really do have to give it time. For me it usually takes a couple months before I start noticing anything significant.
I'm not being paid to write this and I've always bought these with my own money. I just know how hard it is to trust reviews for hair products, especially when so many promise miracles. Routine Wellness is one I genuinely keep coming back to. Be consistent and be patient with it. I definitely recommend the multipack because one month really isn't enough time to judge it.

Something Finally helped with my GLP 1 sheddingI started taking Routine after losing a good amount of weight on a GLP 1. The weight loss was great, the amount of hair I was finding in my shower was NOT. It got to the point where I was actually nervous to wash my hair because I knew how much was going to come out. My brush was even worse.
I bought these specifically because of the shedding and I want to be clear that I did not see some crazy overnight difference. The first month I really couldn't tell if anything was happening. Same with most of month two and I almost gave up.
Around the third month though I realized there was way less hair collecting in the shower. Then I started paying attention to my brush and noticed the same thing. I'm a little over 4 months in now and my shedding is pretty much back to what I would consider normal. I also have a bunch of little baby hairs around my hairline that stick straight up which is annoying but also makes me very happy.
I really think consistency is the biggest thing with these. If I had written this review after 30 or 60 days I probably would have said they weren't doing much. Hair takes time. I'm glad I stuck with them because the difference between where I started and now is honestly huge.
If you're taking a GLP 1 and suddenly seeing hair EVERYWHERE, Routine is absolutely worth trying. Just give it time!!

4 starsI’m about three months in now and the biggest thing I’ve noticed is all the little new hairs around my hairline. At first I thought it was just frizz lol but they keep getting longer! My hair also seems to be shedding less in the shower which was honestly my biggest concern. the reason I'm not giving it five stars though is that it took a while to start working. I thought I would start seeing results within a few weeks but it probably took a couple months. Glad i stuck with it.
Few months inStarted taking these and wasn’t expecting some dramatic transformation. A couple months in, though, I realized I wasn’t seeing nearly as much hair in my brush and shower drain. My hair also seems to hold its shape better instead of falling flat by the end of the day. Nice to see those changes!
