Ozempic Hair LossI started losing hair after being on Ozempic for a few months and honestly it scared me. I’d run my fingers through my hair and see strands everywhere. They were on my pillow, in the shower, even on my clothes. I thought it was just stress at first but it kept getting worse and my part looked wider. Worth it!For the first few months of this year, my hair and nails were in terrible shape. I'm not entirely sure what caused it originally. My nails were breaking constantly, and my hair was falling out in handfuls every time I showered or brushed it. It was devastating to see. My hair used to be thick and shiny, and it tunred dull and lifeless. It had no body.
I don't do much coloring on my hair, and I don't use irons very often. I suppose that is what happens when you're in your late 50s. I went to my doctor and started looking for new treatements. I started doing some research and stumbled upon Routine Wellness. I figured, why not give it a shot?
I received my bottle of Routine Wellness on July 16th and took my first two pills. By day seven, I was already noticing a slight improvement in my hair texture. It was more manageable and had more body. By the end of the two weeks, even my skin and eyebrows looked better. Within a month, I could see new hairs along my hair line, and my hair looked much much fuller.
The best part though? It stopped coming out in clumps, which was such a relief. I've taken about 3 bottles (or maybe 4) of this stuff now, and I'll never be without it. It saved my hair. It still saves my hair. I see even more growth today than I did two months ago.
Highlights after 3 months?
- Hair has stopped falling out. Like it does in tiny amounts like it should but not in huge clumps. If you're looking for 0 hairs to ever fall out, you need a magic potion.
- Noticably new hair everywhere. Like genuine growth.
- More fullness on my scalp. My "remaining hair" feels thicker and fuller.

These work!I’m not really a pill taker. I would strongly prefer these were either a liquid or gummy, but I decided to try them anyway.
They were a little costly and more than I thought I was willing to spend, but I took the leap and I'm glad I did. Simply put, these work. I'm not sure if they add to hair shine, but they do make my hair thicker. It took only about 3 days to notice that, and it was crystal clear. You can just see less of my scalp, and my boyfriend mentioned that my hair looked better. My goal with these was to get thicker hair, and they are doing that.
Taken 10 years off my appearanceI've taken lots of supplements for my skin, joints, hair, nails, wrinkles, etc. I feel like most of them don't do much at all.
This is definitely an exception to that rule! I'm seeing the skin near my eyes look better, and my hair definitely has more volume and thickness. My hair used to be really thin and weak, but this is making it much better! And I've been using it for a few months and it keeps improving. I'm nearly 60, this doesn't happen without some real mojo in there!

Great SupplementI really wish I had taken a BEFORE photo before I started using these Routine supplements. I never do that, and didn't have much hope this would actually work, but it was a big mistake.
I never write reviews for anything in my life, but I'm doing one here because these supplements really changed my life. I know how hard going through hair loss can be for women - it really hurts our ability to be women and our self confidence. I've been going through it for about a decade and while it started off "slow", it has gotten much faster the past 24 months.
My hair loss started when I had my first child, and the crown started to thin. It got worse with my second child and COVID. I went to several dermatologists, but they didn't have much hope either. So I started trying to find help with trial and error. I've tried serums, shampoos, pills, foams, etc. I've tried everything and nothing worked until Routine. So much so that I gave up on before photos :).
I started seeing results after just 3 weeks. It wasn't hair growing back, but it was my hair shaft getting stronger. It was so obvious. Two people mentioned it. I had volume that I never had before. Seeing New GrowthI’ve actually only taken these just under 2 months and I think I’m actually seeing some new hair growth.
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 3 years and I noticed immediately that my hair actually had body and I could go 3 days without washing and the shine and body were just like I had just washed it. Like many other reviewers, I’ve had a long history with fine limp hair, then Covid and Thyroid disease hit and I lost a Great Deal of hair. Now I’m trying to maintain my hair health so investigated hair supplements and to my dismay they all were so expensive!! Being on a fixed income these were the most reasonable and best rated in my opinion. And they don’t make me sick to my stomach!
So I’m still in the process of figuring out how much they are actually going to help my hair. So far I see positive progress. Fingers crossed for now!

Anya GoodmanI’ll be honest, I was pretty skeptical this would actually work for my hair. I’ve been dealing with thinning and a lot of shedding for the past couple of years, and after talking with my doctor, it seemed like it was just part of getting older. I had tried other products before that promised results and didn’t really deliver, so I wasn’t expecting much from Routine Wellness either.
But solving this issue was my new years resolution. At the start of this year, I decided to fully commit and use the Routine Wellness system consistently. I bought the 3 pack o fsupplements they have on their site and I gave myself the full three months they recommend, just to really see if anything would change.
We're almost at that date. My first time taking it was January 1st. Today is March 26th.
Now that I’m just about at that mark, I can honestly say I’m really impressed. The shedding has slowed down a lot, and I’m starting to notice little baby hairs coming in around my hairline where it used to look thinner. I can tell my hair feels thicker when I run a brush through it or just run my hands through it. I'm happy enough to continue using it, and really excited to seee what 6 months will get me.
GLP-1sBeing on GLP-1s has been great in some ways, but the hair shedding caught me off guard. I’m talking handfuls in the shower, strands all over my brush… it got to the point where I was actually stressing about washing my hair.
I started using these supplement kind of cautiously, not expecting much because I’ve tried things before that didn’t do anything. The first few weeks, nothing crazy, but I stuck with it. Then somewhere around the 2 month mark, I realized I wasn’t seeing nearly as much hair falling out. It wasn’t subtle either, it was a real shift. What really surprised me was the regrowth. I started noticing those short little hairs popping up again, especially in spots that had been looking thinner.
I did stop for a bit thinking maybe it was something else helping, but the shedding picked right back up which told me everything I needed to know. Started Routine again and it slowly got back under control.
Now it’s just part of my routine, no question. If you’re dealing with GLP-1 related hair loss, this made a noticeable difference for me.

Long ReviewWarning. I wrote a long review because I really wanted to give you my thoughts :).
I held off on sharing anything about Routine Wellness Hair Supplements until I gave them a real shot — about 90 days in total. I’m just wrapping up my third bottle now. The constant shedding I was dealing with has slowed way down, and I’m finally seeing little pieces of regrowth around my part and hairline.
For context, my hair loss came on pretty suddenly after a mix of stress and some health changes, and it was intense. The hair loss could have been bc of a health issue or being post partum or being on a GLP1. I’ve always had thick, slightly wavy hair, so seeing that much fallout was pretty sad to see.
I didn’t rely on the supplements alone either. I cleaned up my whole hair routine a bit. I started using the Routine Shapmoo, stopped tying my hair back so tight, added a silk pillowcase, and just tried to be way more careful overall. I really think the combination of everything is what moved the needle.
That said, I do feel like the supplements were a key piece. Around the 6–8 week mark I started noticing less hair coming out in the shower and brush, which was huge. When I got a little inconsistent toward the end of month three, I could actually tell and I felt (andp ossibly imagined) the shedding crept back in. Back on track now and it’s calmed down again, and my hair feels noticeably fuller at the roots.
This is clearly not an overnight fix, but I'm not sure anything is (at least that Iv'e found). It’s more of a slow, steady improvement over a couple months. Overall, if you’re dealing with sudden thinning or shedding, well this felt like something that actually supported my regrowth process so I can recommend it.
Real GrowthTook me about three months to see real results. You can't give up after one bottle if you want to see results but it does help your hair.
