How do I use the Leave-In Conditioner?
Before using your Leave-In Conditioner for the first time, make sure the sprayer is unlocked.
- Red showing = Locked
- No red showing = Unlocked
Slide the lock until the red indicator is no longer visible to unlock the sprayer.
Before your first use, squeeze the trigger to prime the continuous mist sprayer. It may take a few pumps before the product begins to dispense.
Apply to clean, towel-dried hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths and ends. The continuous spray applicator creates a lightweight, even mist that helps distribute the product effortlessly throughout the hair. We recommend starting with 1–2 sprays, then gently combing through to evenly distribute the product before styling as usual. This helps improve detangling while delivering lightweight hydration, softness, and frizz control.
When you’re finished or traveling, slide the lock back until the red indicator is visible to lock the sprayer and help prevent accidental spraying.
Do I still need to use conditioner?
Yes! Our Leave-In Conditioner is designed to be used alongside our traditional conditioner, and not in lieu of it. Our traditional conditioner nourishes during your wash routine, while the Leave-In Conditioner provides lightweight moisture, frizz control, and manageability after washing.

Big Hit!I know this product just laucnehd but this one one is a big hit! I have color treated hair that breaks very easily and is damaged and dry often. So I have lots of little fine hairs that frizz up. I can apply this on my dry hair and my hair feels so soft and lays flat without having to flat iron. It feels great and smells amazing!

My hair feels so much better now because this elave in conditioner really works.I've been dealing with dry, frizzy hair for the last few years and honestly figured that was just part of getting older. I color my hair every couple of months, use a blow dryer and sometimes an iron and my ends always looked rough dand dry and frizzy. I bought this leave in in very early July.
After using it for nearly a month I've noticed my hair looks healthier overall. The ends don't seem as brittle, I have a lot less breakage, and my hair actually stays soft between wash days. I also really like that it doesn't make my roots greasy because that's been an issue with other products I've tried. A little goes a long way too. Its honestly made styling my hair so much easier every single morning.

Ms.I know this is a pretty new product that they released, so I wanted to do a deeper review so people know what it is like. First, let me tell you about my hair. My hair is fine, color treated, and gets tangled so easily after I wash it. I've tried every leave in you can imagine. I've bought leave in conditioners from the salon, the drugstore, and even a few that were twice the price of this one.
I've been using this leave in for a just less than a month now, spraying it mostly through the mid lengths and ends after every wash. The first thing I noticed was how much easier it was to brush through my hair. Normally I have to fight with knots, especially around the back of my neck, but now my brush just glides through without nearly as much pulling. I've also noticed way less breakage on my brush, which was something I wasn't even expecting. I can't say it magically fixed everything overnight, but over the past few weeks my hair has started looking smoother and healthier overall.
What I like most is that it doesn't make my hair feel coated or greasy. I was worried because a lot of leave ins are just too much for fine hair, but this one somehow adds moisture without making it limp. It helps tame all those little frizzy hairs that stick up around my part, and my ends don't look nearly as dry between wash days anymore. Even on humid days my hair seems to stay softer instead of turning into a frizzy mess.
I got the Rose Hips scent. The scent is really nice too. It's light and clean without hanging around all day or being overpowering. My husband actually commented that my hair smelled good, which literally never happens lol.
I'll definitely keep buying this. It actually does what I wanted it to do instead of making a bunch of promises. I hope thye come out with other fragrances though, bc while i like this scent, I want to try new ones! So peace of advice for this company: new scents!

Added to My Routine!I have really fine hair so I was nervous a leave in conditioner would make it feel flat or greasy, but this one surprised me. The mist is so light that it coats my hair evenly without making it heavy, and my hair feels softer the second it dries. I've tried at least four other leave in conditioners over the past year and this is the first one I've actually wanted to keep using. My ends look healthier, I have way less frizz, and brushing through my hair is so much easier now. Even on days when I let my hair air dry it feels smooth and looks shinier. I honestly wish I had found this sooner. Will keep using and add to my routine!
Upgraded!I've been taking the routine hair vitamin for a few months now and I've been so happy with the results. My hair looks fuller, but I still noticed my ends could get a little dry, especially after heat styling, so I decided to try the Leave In Conditioner too (i never know if it is leave-in or leave in conditioner). I honestly wasn't expecting to love it this much. It makes my hair feel so soft without making it heavy or greasy, which has happened with other leave in products I've tried. I just spray a little on damp hair and it brushes through so much easier. The spray is great bc it is a mist. My hair feels smoother, shinier, and I have way less frizz throughout the day. I'm so glad I gave it a shot. I can't imagine my routine without it now.

Was waiting for this!I absolutely love the Routine Wellness leave-in conditioner. I have longer, thin hair that gets really frizzy in hot and humid weather (and its July right now). I was really waiting for them to launch this because I had been using their shampoo/conditioner and I lvoe them. Not surprisingly, this is also a homerun leave in.

DisappointedI really had high hopes for this product. I have used it a couple of times and I have to say I am not thrilled with the product. I love how the bottle has a mist instead of a spray. Very gentle mist. I am not sure if I am using too much because I am not used to the mist. My hair feels gunky. Its soft but feels sticky. I have to try again with maybe less product and see what happens. I got the travel size shampoo and conditioner and I have the same problem. I will try a couple more times. May need to return. Not worth the money.
